Replacement and Warranty
We offer a three year Full Manufacturers Warranty on all sensor pads. This Warranty covers any defect in manufacturing or raw materials. Because we make all our own pads, we have the ability and support staff to establish exactly why any pad fails to work. Our program includes a continuing database of every pad and alarm that is returned to us for the replacement program discount. We offer up to 30% off list price for replacements. If we find a defect in the product we will replace it at no cost to you.
Our alarms are also covered for 18 months against any manufacturers defect. Our program identifies any trends relative to manufacturing, placement, use and care of these products in your specific facility. With this knowledge our Clinical Education Specialist can recommend specific topics to address when arriving for an In Service, saving you time and money.

What the Warranty Covers:

•Fall Prevention Alarms will honor the warranty by utilizing our replacement program. All products found to have manufacturer’s defects related to materials or workmanship will be replaced with new product at no cost to the client. All products must be returned to Fall Prevention Alarms or this warranty is void.

•Call 508-765-5050 to report problems, new replacement products will be shipped immediately with a return label in exchange for the defective products. Return the products to Fall Prevention Alarms, utilizing the included return label. Within 72 hours we will inspect and analyze the product for defects and/or abuse. We will record the findings, if it is established that the product was not damaged or abused, we will credit any charges for the replacement equipment in full.
